- the pre-design phase – this is the time at which our design team will conduct however many meetings are necessary to get a good understanding of the scope of work involved, and how you want things to look when completed. When this phase has been completed, you the homeowner will receive an estimate for all the labor involved as well as the cost of materials to be used.
- design phase – all work agreed upon will be formally documented, and then used as a base document for work to begin. If necessary, at this point it will be time for you to make your selections on such items as cabinetry, flooring, and countertops.
- construction – this is where the actual work will begin, and you’ll begin to see your vision taking physical shape. If any tweaks or adjustments are necessary during this phase, they can be accommodated by our contractors.
- inspection – after all work has been completed, everything will be reviewed so as to ensure that you are 100% satisfied, and that nothing was overlooked. Our policy is that the job isn’t done until you tell us it’s done, so if anything does not meet with your approval, we’ll change it to make sure that it does.
